Visual done!

I managed to finish the remaining visuals already and I will put it into Edge. Hopefully there's no missing visual except for the scene 1 girl, as I want to remake the gif into a cleaner one.

Base

It's have been a hectic week with many other assignments to do, hence I haven't been able to do much for this….

Anyhow, I managed to do another copy of the prototype with the images I wanted to add it in…

I did start on one of my last three images that I have not done. 

So the base of my page will be like this…. I haven't separate the images yet and haven't insert it. However, I already plan to do this for the whole next week.

Page navigation prototype

I have finally done the page navigation prototype using the same coding I did before. This time for the previous button, I used back the same direction that is to the left and it works! In my new prototype page, I will be doing the storybook in a smaller frame instead.

The buttons at the bottom work finely. Now do for the buttons above.

I tried this script for the back and next button. However, it still doesn't work.

I added the grey bars to show that it connect each other pages with each other.

Scene 2

I did the scene 2 prototype. I used the same method in the previous one but there are some I use different way. An easier way. For the the girl (the peach colored rectangle), I controlled her opacity when the other symbol is clicked. Since I have another visual I haven't do before for one of the play set, I done for the visual of that scene. Now I have left the scene 4 's little girl waving goodbye and the mother & child walking home. I planned on redoing the first scene girl as it wasn't really neatly done and it differ from the other characters.

I test on several ways to do the opacity change of the girl but it didn't work until my latest try. The previous one I done it on the stage but this time I put the triggers inside the symbols.

There some feature I have to fix still like when a symbol is click, the other one should be disable to click. That I have to research more to do it.

Redo prototype

Since the file before wasn't working well, I redo another prototype. This time I did it in full screen.

In this, I tried to use anchor to change the scene in a horizontal spread of canvas. However, it does work the first time but then again it doesn't. The first button (anchor) works but the second one onwards it doesn't. I recheck the coding but it is the same and it should be working. I'm not really sure what is wrong with it though. Seeing that I'm not really sure how to fix it, I use back the same method.

So here, I did use back the same method and it turns out like in the video below. I adjust the width and height a few times to get the suitable size of it. In this I still use the HTML as the connecting link and it is all done in different file, unlike the one I did above.

Scene 4

I 've done two of the scene 4 characters visuals. Still have a little more visuals to do but I should start on the new prototype soon. I also done with the hut that I'm suppose to do before that. (I've forgotten about it actually). Oh.. well….
